This Botanical Vacation Nook located on the 2nd floor is an end unit one bedroom/two bathroom condo decorated in shades of grays and teal blues. Come stay with us and see the great ocean and pool views from the wraparound balcony that has plenty of sun exposure and breeze. OCEAN FRONT RESORT has a pool, hot tub and tennis/basketball courts.

Master bedroom features plenty of light with two windows along with a king sized bed with unique bedding,  cable TV/DVD, closet and a private Master Bathroom with standup tiled shower with removable shower head. and a hairdryer. 

Living Room has a queen sleeper sofa, 2 chairs for extra seating along with a cable TV/DVD and additional windows, bringing the sunshine in. The Second Bathroom is located in the hallway that has a bathtub & removable showerhead.

Balcony is located right off living room area. With triple sliders that open to an oversized 30ft. balcony and has a table chairs for outside dining. The 2nd floor view overlooks the pool and beach.

Kitchen has full size appliances with pots, pans, dishes, bake ware, blender, coffee maker, utensils provided. Dining Area has a table with seating for four and a breakfast bar with stools.

We are Centrally Located; you can walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier and enjoy drinks or dinner with live music. Also the world famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop is just minutes away. The casino cruises depart daily at Port Canaveral, just 1.5 miles to the north. They sail several times a day and offer free food and drinks.

Explore Kennedy Space Center and the Astronaut Hall of Fame at Cape Canaveral. It's just 15 minutes away. The beach in front of the condo is an excellent spot to watch the Space Shuttle and Rocket launches. Make sure you visit Historic Cocoa Village for its unique shops and restaurants.

We are just 45 minutes away from Orlando International Airport and the attractions (Disney World, Sea World, Universal, etc.) Just follow Highway 528 east to the resort. We are easy to find and close to everything.
