Situated on the 3rd floor, this condo is truly unique boasting the most stunning direct ocean view from the master, living and balcony. Flat screen TV's in each bedroom and living room. The complex has many amenities such as a heated pool, private beach access, outdoor shower, tennis courts and a putting green. They are right outside your door in a very quiet community of beach lovers that makes this the perfect get-away for families...

The bright master bedroom has double glass sliding doors that open to the 30 ft. Balcony, a king sized bed with premium bedding, a 32" wall mounted flat screen television with cable/DVD and double closets for storing luggage. The master also has a safe located in the closet to store away valuable items. The private master bathroom has a large standup tiled shower and removable shower head.

The second master suite also has a king sized bed with premium bedding, a 32" wall mounted flat screen television with cable/DVD, a window with an ocean view and a closet for storing luggage.

The third bedroom has 2 twin sized beds (that can be converted into a king for an additional fee)a 32" wall mounted flat screen TV/DVD, large window with view of the beach and a closet.

The guest bathroom is located in the adjacent hall. It has a bathtub/shower combination, removable shower head and a hairdryer.

The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware and new kitchen appliances including a flat top stove, all that is needed for family dining. It has a window above the sink and the super capacity front loader washer & dryer.

The dining room that has a high-top table with seating for up to six , and a breakfast bar with stools.

The living room is right next to the dining area for an open-space feel. The spacious living room has a luxurious leather sleeper sofa, oversized chair with ottoman, a large entertainment console and a 50” HD TV/DVD with cable. Free wi-fi, local phone and an ipod docking station are a few extra amenities.

We are Centrally Located; you can walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier and enjoy drinks or dinner with live music. Also the world famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop is just minutes away. The casino cruises depart daily at Port Canaveral, just 1.5 miles to the north. They sail several times a day and offer free food and drinks.

Explore Kennedy Space Center and the Astronaut Hall of Fame at Cape Canaveral. It's just 15 minutes away. The beach in front of the condo is an excellent spot to watch the Space Shuttle and Rocket launches. Make sure you visit Historic Cocoa Village for it's unique shops and restaurants.

We are just 45 minutes away from Orlando International Airport and the attractions (Disney World, Sea World, Universal, etc.) Just follow Highway 528 east to the resort. We are easy to find and close to everything.
