Upper floor with separate entry, 2 large bedrooms with ensuite bath, open kitchen with bar and dining room, large covered and uncovered terraces and one large palapa, all with beautifull views to the beach and the sea. The house keeper lives in the same plot in a own house.

There are lots of coconut palms on the ground.

Prices change if only the upper appartement with 2 bedrooms is used.
