Sea Breeze in Tybee Island

This is a great vacation home for an individual, couple or small family.  Sea Breeze sleeps 2 adults and 2 children with a queen bed and 2 shipmate bunks.

You will love the gorgeous view from this 3rd floor, northwest side, condo.  Sunsets behind Ft. Pulaski are beautiful, as is the moon rising in the same location.  You will be entertained by the cargo ships and various watercraft that pass the Racquet Club each day.

Art and Paula remodeled this condo last fall and have a wonderful kitchen.  You will appreciate the convenience of this well equipped kitchen.   Prepare your meals and enjoy them on the deck while you watch the sights !

The west side location of Sea Breeze is a more private and quieter side of the B building. 

The pool view you will see in the photos is not the Savannah Beach & Racquet Club although you are free to use this pool.  We share an easement with a small complex next to us.  The Racquet Club pool is considerably larger and also has a kiddie pool for the smaller children.  The dunewalk you see in the photo is one of two available for your use. 

We also have 3 tennis courts for your enjoyment.

Email me and request the slide show of the entire complex and surrounding beach area.  As you will see, you are only feet away from "your" feet in the sand.  We are located in a residential neighborhood with limited public access to our beach. 

Holidays and Tybee events nightly rates are adjusted for less than one week.

For those who enjoy historical sites, Ft. Pulaski, Ft. Screven and the Tybee Lighthouse are "must sees".   A day trip to Savannah is also a must.  Downtown Savannah, River Street and City Market are only a 20 minute 'easy' drive from Tybee.

We have wonderful restaurants and various activities on the Island.  Music and art festivals are scheduled during the summer months.

The rates shown include all applicable fees.  The only additional charge is an exit cleaning fee of $65 added to all reservations. 

We prefer a 3 night minimum but will accommodate a 2 night request with an adjusted rate.
