Cozy, Modern Waterfront Home on beautiful Magician Lake in Sister Lakes

Lovely, getaway home with a beautiful wrap around deck facing the lake, a great place for Saturday morning coffee and newspaper.  The property has 100 feet of frontage with a sandy beach which is great for smaller children. Two piers with plenty of room for boat docking.  This house has two smaller bedrooms with queen size beds and a 3rd bedroom that contains 2 sets of bunk beds and a queen size futon. Kitchen is galley style with an island and 5 stools. Full dining room table that seats 6. Family room has beautiful view of the lake. Cable TV, High-Speed Internet,  VCR, DVD and stereo are located in the family room. A barbeque is located on the side deck. House has two  48 foot piers and a sandy beach. A swimming raft is located approx. 100 ft off shore. Close to boat rental.  No more than 4 adults with a maximum of 8 people total allowed.

Magician Lake is a full service lake - boating, water skiing, wave running, swimming, etc.  Plenty of golf courses, walking, hiking.  Near-by marinas with boat rental.

Downtown Dowagiac is a quant town with several restaurants and shops.  There are local restaurants, pubs, ice cream parlors, an old fashion soda fountain and even an operating drive-in theater.  Just a quick drive from scenic St. Joe (incredible sunsets), South Haven and Lake Michigan beaches.  There is always something going on for all types of people, from art fairs to sidewalk sales and everything in between.  Sister Lakes has a cozy small town feel that will recharge your batteries.  It is only 2 hours from Chicago, but you will feel like you're a million miles away. 

Saturday to Saturday rental.   Some short weeks available.

50% deposit due at reservation. $250 Security Deposit, returned at check out after inspection. .
 No refunds, No Pets, No smoking in house.

In season, July, August $2000 per week
June  $1800 per week
