Sunny enclosed deck to enjoy the forest and the sound of the rushing creek (a pleasant place to entertain or just read a book.) End unit is quiet with open views, three levels: First level:Living Room, Kitchen, dining Room and enclosed deck, middle: 2 Bedrooms and Bath, loft over looks the living area and  the top floor is very private and  has a large Bedroom and its own bathroom. Enjoy the cozy wood stove for cool Winter nights, wood is provided for your convenience.      Bedroom one: King, Bedrm two: 2 twins, Bedrm three: 2 twins, Loft: Standard and twin.

• Full Kitchen, microwave oven, freestanding stove w/ 4 burners and self cleaning oven, refrigerator/ice maker,dishwasher, dishes, flatware, glasses, wine glases, cups, pots, pans, all cooking  and cleaning items included.

  FISHING is abundant at the lakes or the rivers, Catch a BIG one! or walk out the door to the Newly remodeled club house, with cozy fireplace, TV, Books to read, TABLE GAMES, SAUNA and  SPA.  kids will love the games and a fun time SKIING down the slopes. Within the Tahoe Donner community there are two RESTAURANTS, one for FINE DINING and the other a Summer place to let the kids run, picnic and enjoy PIZZA on the hill. 

Summer Activities include:

RAFTING, SWIMMING, SAILING, KAYAKING, JET SKIING, BIKING, FITNESS CENTER/GYM, TENNIS, HIKING, HORSEBACK RIDING. If you can think of an outdoor activity, it must be here!

• Home is available for summer rental at $1,400 per month
