Waterfront Home with wrap-around deck, water views from every window, deep water dock and semi-private beach on quiet Great Island.  This recently updated home features a full service kitchen which opens into the living and dining area, 2 bedrooms but sleeps 8 comfortably, Laminate floors, full-sized washer and dryer and all the comforts of home.   Rental area described is found on the upper floors of the house.  The lower levels are for owner storage are not available for rent.

1800 square foot house with 2 bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and one with a full sized bed.  There are two family rooms that each have a queen sized bed.  The full sized bathroom features both a tub/shower combination.  The kitchen opens up into the living room and dining room which comfortably accommodate up to eight guests.  There is a full sized washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker.  The house is equipped with expanded cable television, dvr capabilities, dvd player and wireless internet.  The deep water dock is available as is a small boat ramp on the property.  One set of linens for each bed is included as are bath towels. 

This house rents from Saturday - Saturday for $2500 per week.  There is a $100 cleaning fee as well as a $300 security deposit.  Your security deposit is returned in full provided you leave the house in the manner in which you arrived.  If you are interested in multiple weeks, discounts are available.
