Pull up in your yacht to the 75 foot seawall, sunbathe on the sundeck or sandy beach area (man made for the kids on the side of the house), sit in the hot tub and watch the boats, manatees, and beautiful tropical birds and fish go by.  Or if you don't want the fish to go by and you want to catch dinner just put a line in from the boat dock and get your fresh catch.

The kitchen, dining room and living room are very large and located on the second floor.  The kitchen is well appointed with all the standard appliances and cookware, providing everything you might need to embark on your own culinary adventure. 

Sliding glass doors open up from the dining room, the master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom to outdoor large terraces essentially creating a most unique space for easy and carefree living.

The living areas are comfortably appointed with tasteful furnishings and decorator tile and carpet. A large screen TV is located in the living room so as not to totally lose contact with the world at large.

The open floor plan includes 3bedrooms with the master bedroom suite on the 3rd floor with jacuzzi, seperate shower and bidet and two bedrooms on the second floor. 

Sleeping accommodations for up to 8 people include a king size bed in the master bedroom, kng bed in the 2nd bedroom, queen bed and twin bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom.
