Unit Size and Quality: ****(4 Stars). This 540 square foot condominium is located on the first floor of Expedition Station.  It is ideally located on the northside of the building and faces the mountains and ski slopes.  You will enjoy these views from the living room, bedroom, and balcony.  The master bedroom features a queen sized bed and TV with cable. 

The living room will comfortably seat 4 people and features a beautiful, gas fireplace, TV with DVD/VHS player, and a Sony CD player to listen to music.  The full kitchen has all of the essentials you will need to cook a meal away from home.  The owners have purchased items that many condos do not have including a crockpot, blender, coffee maker, and toaster.  There is also free Wi-Fi and a free ethernet connection if your computer is not equipped with Wi-Fi capability.

Views **** (4 Stars) This condo has many windows that will allow you to enjoy the mountain views from the living room and bedroom. From the balcony, you will enjoy views of the mountains, as well as views of the skiers coming down Dercum Mountain.

Looking for a last minute deal (21 days or less)? If you find a comparable condo that is priced lower than ours, upon verification, we will beat the deal you found by $5 per night. To be fair we must make an apples to apples comparison. We must charge 5.775% sales tax, but we do not charge the optional 5% resort charge. An average sized unit with no views is not comparable to a premium oversized unit.

Our cleaning fee is approximately 10% lower than Keystone Property Management. We allow guests to pay by check if paid within 25 days of arrival. If you prefer to pay by credit, we charge a 3% transaction fee. We believe in being honest and straightforward with you. What you see is what you get.

Special services that we offer include fast check-in service. We send you keycards in the mail, so you can drive directly into the private parking garage and immediately enter your condo. We provide our guests extensive information about the area, great places to eat, discounts on equipment rentals, discounts on lift tickets and other information that we believe will help make your stay most enjoyable.

In the unlikely event of a problem, we offer 24 hour maintenance service and lockout service. Building Quality & Amenities ****(5 Stars) Expedition Station was completed in the late 90’s and is one of the more exclusive buildings in the resort. The building features two, high-speed elevators that service 91 condominiums. There is an access controlled underground heated garage. Laundry facilities are located on both the first and third floor. Expedition Station has a beautiful lobby with couches, fireplace, pool table, and game tables. This building also features a year-round heated pool , an eight person hot tub, fitness center, and a steam room for guests’ enjoyment.

Proximity to Activities ***** (4 Stars) It is a 2 minute walk to the heart of River Run Village where you will find excellent businesses including restaurants, shopping, bars, winter and summer sports rentals and great people watching. It is approximately 200 yards to the new, high-speed, eight person gondola. If you wish to explore other parts of Summit County (e.g. Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne), the free Summit Stage shuttle picks up in front of the building.
