The two-story, home has just been remodeled and professionally decorated and offers uncompromised comfort and privacy.

On the first level, you will find the kitchen, living room, dining room, and three of the bedrooms. The well-equipped kitchen has brand new appliances and marble counter tops and is fully stocked. The dining room has seating for eight as well as a counter top bar with additional seating for five. The spacious living room is furnished to provide maximum comfort with three brand new couches, a large fireplace, and a 52" TV with DVD player. Both the dining room and the living room have stunning ocean views of some of Southern California's most stunning coastline. 

With three pull out couches and five large beds, this home can easily accommodate large parties and comfortably sleep sixteen guests. The largest of the downstairs bedrooms has both a queen and a king bed as well as a 42" flatscreen TV. The other two downstairs bedrooms both have king beds, one with a private bathroom. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom, which boasts incredible beach, ocean, and sunset views. This bedroom has been furnished with a king bed, leather couches for additional seating, and a large flatscreen TV. From the master bedroom, you can walk out onto the private and secluded patio. Relax in one of the lounge chairs provided while enjoying some of the most breathtaking coastal views La Jolla has to offer. All bedrooms have been furnished with the highest quality mattresses to ensure a relaxing and restful vacation.
