Rental Description

On the beach and adjacent to the Yacht Harbor in Oceanside,
California, north of San Diego, the North Coast Village complex has
it all. This condo faces the beach and the pier from two decks off
the unique loft bedroom/den as well as a wall of windows. Decorated with interior designer
touches, the two bedrooms and baths give supreme privacy. Baths, kitchen, and entry are tiled. High
speed internet access available. Sleeps 8.
Lower level deck feels like you are in a jungle of trees.

The resort-like complex has: Workout rooms, saunas, ping pong,
billiards, pools, jacuzzis, laundry rooms, meandering brooks and
waterfalls, in-house security. This top floor unit has a fully
equipped kitchen, gas barbecue, 3 cable TV’s, gas fireplace, nw beach
chairs, bedding, linens, crib, underground parking, in a non-smoking
home-like atmosphere. The loft has sliders and decks on both the
east and west side with views of the ocean. No pets are allowed.

Activities and Attractions around Oceanside:
Besides sun, sailing and water sports, there are: 2 public and 2
private 18 hole golf courses, historic Mission San Luis Rey, living
history park, Audubon Nature Center, Museum of Art. It is within 30
minutes of the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town S.D., Sea World,
the Del Mar Race Track, Wild Animal Park, San Diego Chargers and
Padres teams. Carlsbad’s Legoland, huge shopping malls, quaint beach
towns and antiques,as well as La Jolla are close by. Mexico is within
driving range, or use public transportation or the Coaster train to
go south. Oceanside is close to interstates 5 and 15.

Rental Rates vary with the season:
June: $ 1650/wk. July and August: $1925. September: $1650, includes 10% tax.
