Watch the sunrise over the ocean as you sit on your spacious balcony. NORTH Hutchinson Island is a peaceful and upscale area almost adjacent to Fort Pierce Inlet State Park. The island has an abundance of biking paths, nature preserves, rows of palm trees, and pristine sandy beaches scattered with shells. The Indian River stretches for miles along the west side of the island and is home of gentle manatees and playful dolphins. All of this is within walking distance.

The Aquanique Ocean Club offers all amenities, including; Security, Potluck Dinners, Water Aerobics, Tennis, a beautiful lobby, Library, billiards room, weight room, His and Hers Cedar Saunas, whirlpool and heated pool surrounded by lush palm trees.

The Condo is on the 4th Floor.  It is spotless, bright, tastefully decorated and well equipped. All rooms connect to the balcony with southern exposure. This means warm Florida sunshine on your balcony all winter long! The master bedroom has a huge walk-in closet. Master bath has his and her sinks, separate shower, and Jacuzzi tub. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, an eat-in kitchen area, dining area, lovely guest room, guest bath, and more.

About 90 minutes to Orlando, Palm Beach, Disney theme parks, and Cape Canaveral. Only a 10 minute drive to museums, live theater, boutique shopping, and oceanfront fine dining.
