Sundance Townhome in Ridgway

This Southwestern, Santa Fe style log and adobe town home is spacious and sunny. The front of the home is all windows with mountain views and beautiful flower gardens surround the property as well as a nice grassy yard. This cozy, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, single level property borders "open space" with walking trails, a soccer field, skateboard park and newly built town tennis courts, which makes it a perfect place for families! 
A fitness center and spa are located only 2 blocks away. The town park, various restaurants, and the newly remodeled grocery store are all a short 4 blocks walk from the residence.

This is a great home base for your Ouray County/San Miguel County Visit, with Ouray just a 10 minute drive away and Telluride about 45 minutes away. You can hike, bike, soak in the hot-springs, play golf, ride horses or just sit on the patio and enjoy the views. For out-of-state hunters it provides a great central location to access the mountains.

This property is one level and handicapped friendly.

This town house sleeps 6 people in 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and 2 twin beds. There is a new washer and dryer, gas range stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, Dish TV, broadband internet and telephone with unlimited local and long distance calling inside the USA. Outside is a nice fenced yard on 3 sides, a patio/deck with a table, chairs and umbrella and a barbecue grill. There is a covered car port for 2 cars and a 3rd space for a car as well.

Pets are welcome with additional non-refundable fee. (pets must accompany owners at all times)

Summer Activities: 
Ouray and San Miguel counties provide a wide variety of summer and winter activities, including hiking on many outstanding trails in the San Juan mountains and Mt. Sneffels Wilderness area. If you like 4-wheel driving the San Juan mountains have many 4-wheel drive mountain roads to explore. Fishing is available in the Ridgway State park and reservoir as well as in the river below the dam. There are many other mountain streams and lakes that can be visited on day trips from Ridgway. Horseback riding is available out of Ouray and there are two different hot-springs to visit in the valley as well.

Bicycle Riding: Ridgway has a wonderful bike path that starts in town and follows the river for 3 miles to the Ridgway State Park and Reservoir, and you can rent bikes at a great bike shop in town.

Golf: Ridgway boasts one of the most beautiful 18-hole golf courses in the state. The Divide Ranch Golf Club golf course is located on Log Hill Mesa, just 15 minutes drive from Ridgway. It is a rolling course surrounded by beautiful pine trees, with views of both San Juan Mountains and the Cimarron Mountains.

Winter Activities:
For the skier or rider the Telluride Ski Resort is only a 50 minute drive from Ridgway and the more extreme ski area of Silverton is about 1 1/4 hrs drive. In addition for the back country skier there is lots of skiing to enjoy on Red Mountain Pass, only a 40 minute drive from Ridgway.
Ouray is world famous for it's ice climbing park, located within walking distance from downtown Ouray.
X-Country Skiing: Located on a mesa just above the town of Ridgway is a nice X-country ski track at Top of the Pines, which is maintained through the winter. This area provides about 10-km of nordic skiing.

Christmas/New Year's (12/17/11 - 12/24/11  &  12/24/11 -12/31/11): $1400 per week (7 nights)

Off Season (01/02/11 - 06/12/11 and 09/13/11 - 12/16/11): $1200 per week (7 nights) / $190 per night (If rented for less than 4 nights, we charge a $100 cleaning fee)

Peak Season (06/13/11 - 09/12/11): $1400 per week (7 nights) / $200 per night (If rented for less than 4 nights, we charge a $100 cleaning fee)

4th of July (07/01/11 - 07/06/11): $1300 (5 nights)

Pets are welcome with additional non-refundable fee of $50/animal. (pet must accompany owner at all times) 

Damage Deposit of $250
