Pine Lakes Golf & Country Club -- Golfer's Delight! in North Fort Myers

     As you approach beautiful Pine Lakes Country Club, you are greeted with towering pine trees, cascading fountains, and a private guard gate.  Once you enter, you will most certainly be impressed with the quaint single family homes surrounded by a beautifully-maintained golf course, and  many lakes and ponds.  Neighbors wave as they pass by either on foot, on bicycles, or of course in a golf cart.  Whether a vacationer or well-deserved retiree, Pine Lakes is for you!  The rental home is situated on one of the best lots in the community - (right on the 2nd hole!), and within walking distance to the club house, pool and tennis courts.  There are golf course and lake views from the living room, dining room, and lanai.  There is also a family room with a flat screen t.v. and wireless high speed internet, air-conditioning, two-car garage, washer/dryer, and all linens are included.  It is ready to go! 

Pine Lakes has an 18-hole golf course, an olympic size pool with hot tub, lit-tennis courts, shuffle board courts, work-out room, a beautiful clubhouse with a reading room and large entertainment center, and it's own pub and restaurant.

Please note:  The following fees apply.

One-time registraton fee of $50 per person ($75 to non-U.S. citizens).

$50 exit cleaning fee.

$500 refundable security deposit.

We pay up to $125 per month for electricity, gas, and water.

In addition we pay for gardner, handyman, cable tv, and hi-speed internet.

50% to hold dates, balance due 30-days prior to rental date.

These rates apply to double-occupancy.  Rates will increase with more than two people.
