Adorable!!1st floor- no stairs. Assigned parking space, just steps 
from entrance. Small 16 unit complex-very quiet.  Unit is located in 
rear of complex-away from street. Ideal for single/couple, but roomy 
enough to accommodate guests. Newly remodeled and furnished-very 
clean. Ceramic tile throughout. Outside of building and hallways 
have recently been painted and grounds have been refurbished with 
new plantings. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Queen size bed and sofa bed, C/A, new appliances, fully stocked 
kitchen,linens, beach chairs, coolers, etc..large walk-in closet 
with plenty of storage space. Two tv's with cable, vcr, & dvd 
player. Telephone with answering machine.  High speed internet 
access. Stereo. Laundry facility onsite-very close to unit. Grounds 
and pool meticulously maintained.

Activities and Attractions

Centrally located on the island-walk to Marco Town Center 
Mall/shopping and restaurants. Very short drive to all beaches.

With all the comforts of home, this is a very affordable way 
to "live" on Marco Island this winter.
