Let's Go Back....

This was our first time renting a home instead of going to a resort. We could not have been more pleased with our choice and picking this property. This home is immaculate, and the furnishings and any and ALL about this home was simply from a dream. It has the best of everything. The pool was are amazing. My granddaughters never got out of the pool and we had ladies time in the pool every night. Plus the nights on the dynamite waterfront table and lounges was amazing.

Because of staying at this beautiful home we created beautiful new memories with my family. Quiet and private neighborhood. Convenient to everything. Marco Island is now on top of our getaway list and can't wait to stay at this First Class property again. The owners are helpful and attentative to make sure you have the best time ever and we sure did. Don't think I can do a hotel or resort again.

First of all let me say that Michael is a real sweetheart! He made our stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. What a beautiful home. It was our anniversary so the first week we relaxed by the pool. Fished off the dock (caught quite a few by the way), took a walk to the Esplanade (Michael had generously left us a gift certificate) where we found the service only outshined by the food .....and did some shopping too. An incredibly relaxing week indeed. The second week we had some friends come down and join us.

Visited the public access beach near Marriot with its white sand beaches (Tigertail is Far over rated in my opinion), ate at Cocomo Joe's (Excellent food!), rented a boat at Rose Marina where we were able to boat out to Key Island and not only enjoy the sheer beauty and more beautiful white sand beaches, but catch more fish too. I highly recommend Rose Marina as they were very friendly and when I mentioned Michael's name the price suddenly dropped on the pontoon we reserved :) As far as the house was concerned it was very well equipped and we were always just a call or text away if we needed anything. The pool was great and the lanai furnishings and lounges and tables were all supurb. The property is very well maintained, plenty of towels, kitchen utensils and the list could go on and on........ I even donated a new rod & reel and some lures to their tackle box. A very relaxing 2 weeks .......that we already missed and returning home, we want to go back!.

Owners response: We are so happy that our our visitors had a wonderful and continuing time and hope they will always choose to return over the years. I will always go out of my way to make their experience extremely inviting and highly valued. They are quality people who have great concern for appreciating and handling our house with great care and concern. In addition, we have become very appreciative of each other and engaging in a wonderful and happy way.

A Week of Charm and Paradise

7 of us ranging in the age from 74-14 yrs old stayed at this beautiful home. The 2 Master Bedrooms were Super.The house suited our needs perfectly with enough room to stretch out. The pool area is enormous and has sun the entire day. The pool was beautiful as was the weather. The house is beautifully appointed, and we were so in awe with sleeping in the same bed as Patrick Dempsey of TV's Gray's Anatomy. It is truly like home away from home, in fact truthfully our home can't come close to compare! We spent our days at the beach, or by the pool. One day we took the “Key West Express” to Key West…..Awesome day. Another day we rented a pontoon boat and travelled the inter-coastal to Naples and to the beach at Little Marco Island… Fantastic. We even had a dolphin swim around the Giant dock out back on such a marvelous waterfront and especially evenings. We ate at Joeys, Snook Inn and had many excellent meals cooked right here at the house. Would not hesitate to rent this house again, the was a week in luxury, ambience!!
We will forever remember our week in paradise.

Paradise Vacation

We have stayed in this beautiful spacious home on the water 5 times now! It is the perfect home for our large family, accomondating all 4 of our adult children with spouses! The dock is great for fishing off and we were able to dock our own personal boat during our stay! Screened in pool with outside family room and cooking area, served as a great social area! The well equipped kitchen, including all new appliances, is open to two social gathering rooms making meal preparation a true family social time. Laundry room is a must for our crowd and the machines were new and full size! Restaurants, grocery stores, beach access, and our church denomination were within a couple minutes drive on the island! It has been EACH time a truly relaxing, stress free vacation! The kind of vacation home that makes you want to immediately reserve it for your next vacation stay at Marco Island!
