This restored 1800's home is located between Cayuga Lake and Seneca Lake (not actually on the lake).  Starting points for the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail and Seneca Lake Wine Trail are less than 10 minutes away.  The home is situated on 5 acres and is located in farm country.  Neighbors homes are visible but not close to the house, so there is plenty of outdoor space.  Peaceful and relaxing country views with a maplewood lined driveway.  The exterior of the house does still need to be renovated, but will not be done this year.

2 Queen size beds, 4 twin beds, and one full size pull out couch bed.  All sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided.

Central Air Conditioning, Microwave, gas stove and oven, Kitchen sink, full size refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, toaster oven, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, cooking untensils, pots/pans, crock pot, roasting pan, blender, washer/dryer, claw foot tub & shower combo (upstairs) , and one stand up shower (downstairs), built in wine cooler

Cable TV (in living room and two bedrooms), wireless internet (computer not provided), VCR/DVD player

Living room has couch, loveseat and two recliners (comfortable seating for 7), Dining room can seat 8, and kitchen table can seat 4-6.

Smoking is only allowed outside, and only well trained pets are allowed (no puppies).

There is no landline phone in this home, so you would need to bring your cell phone.

There is so much that the area offers.  There are parks, museums, hiking trails waterfalls, theaters, gambling, wineries, serveral restaurants, farmers markets, events, concerts, golfing, bowling, antiques, Amish crafts and a race car track. You may wish to check out each area's chamber of commerce to retrieve a more detailed list. Seneca Lake Wine Trail, starting at 3 brothers wineries (less than 5 miles). Cayuga Lake Wine Trail, starting at Swedish Hill Winery (8 miles)

Weekday - 2 night stay $300 (if departing on Friday 10am check out)

Weekend (Friday 4pm arrival and Sunday Noon departure) $400
