Bed Set up: Two full bed bedrooms on main floor, 2 twin beds in upstairs bedroom.  One twin bed in loft.  One King bed in upstairs bedroom This house has a high chair and a porta crib.  Private Dock, Beautiful  Bluestone Fireplace, Gas BBQ Linens provided,  High speed internet,VCR, CD/, DVD, TV , Telephone, Microwave, Coffeemaker, dishes, silverware, pots & pans, cooking utensils. Other Amenities: Outdoor fire pit, Private lighted dock, Porch Deck with picnic table, rec room with a ping pong table and a bumper pool table . The house is fully furnished, has fullyequipped kitchen.  No smokers, no pets.

Upon making reservations, a $300 deposit is required for weekends, and a $500 deposit is required for weeks.
The balance due is split between one and two months in advance.

During Off-season, the first two nights are always $375 ($750 total) and any additional nights are $175 up to 4 nights (750+175+175=1100).
After 4 nights pricing reverts to weekly pricing.
