• 3 Night Minimum Stay. If Your Stay Is Less Than 3 Nights, The Following Surcharges Will Apply: 20% surcharge
• 2 nights = 20% surcharge
• $500 Security Deposit; $200 Per Pet security deposit (2 pets max); $15 per pet per night pet fee
• Utilities $18 per night;
• $150 cleaning fee
