The cottage is located in the hamlet of Bragg Creek on a treed lot which backs onto public reserve lands and the Creek (Bragg Creek) itself. Bragg Creek's amenities are just a short walk away.

An 800 sq.ft. deck wraps around the east, south and west sides of the house giving sun and/or shade all day. Adjacent to the deck is a patio w/firepit. The main floor features a renovated kitchen and vaulted ceiling in living room/dining room. Two-story windows cover the SW side of the house providing sun all day. Wood-burning fireplace located in the corner of the living room. Both baths, main floor and master, have been totally renovated with tile floors and marble vanities. The upper level features master bed, bath and loft area open to the living/dining room. The basement is developed including guest room, cozy TV room and laundry.
