vacation rental description

 

3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1st floor, end unit  located at Myrtlewood in the Magnolia North complex.  Walk out back door to pool or sit on patio that overlooks the golf course.  Fully furnished with king size bed in master, and two twin beds in other two bedrooms.  Unit has fully equipped kitchen with bar island and seating for four.  Full size washer and dryer in laundry closet.  Located minutes from the beach.  All linens, cleaning service upon departure, utilities and taxes
are included in our rental rates.

Smoke Free unit,  no pets please. Principal occupant must be 25 years of age and all regulations set forth by Myrtlewood Villas.

The weekly rental includes use of all linens, departure cleaning and all taxes.

New carpeting has been installed in the condo in November 2011.

Home away from Home!

My family and I have stayed in this condo for the past 4 years for the week-long Ripken Tournaments. Once we found this condo we knew we couldn't stay anywhere else in Myrtlewood Villas. This summer will be our last Ripken Tournament due to age limits, but we will still be back every summer. The owner is absolutely wonderful and care about her renters. The condo is in excellent condition and is steps from the pool and grill area. This will always be home for us. Many of our fondest memories involve staying here. I would recommend this condo to anyone, for family vacations, Ripken Baseball, golfing, ect.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway

Relaxation at it's Best!

I had such a wonderful stay in Myrtle Beach due to the beautiful accommodations! The back door leads straight to the pool, where I could enjoy the water and sunshine and still go inside for anything I might need. The condo was only two lights away from Broadway at the Beach, which had amazing shops and restaurants I got to enjoy. The place was serenely decorated and was a getaway filled with peace and relaxation. I would recommend this condo to everyone, I will surely be back, not soon enough!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway
