A great summer vacation or mid season getaway. Warm gulf stream breezes keep temperatures mild thru October and also from April thru the high season. Subfreezing nights are few and far between in the low season as palm trees thrive all year.

Central ac/heat. Fully equipped kitchen. TV with dvd/vcr in living room and master bedroom. Compact stereo/cd player in living area. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Clock/radio in master bedroom w/ Queen sized bed and cd/clock radio in guest room w/ full & twin beds. Deck access from living room and master bedroom. Private pool with coded access. Clean Laundry room convenient to unit.

You are minutes from world class golf courses and a few blocks from the central harbor which offers gulf stream charter fishing and pleasure boat tours. Other related available activities would include sailing and windsurfing. There is a shallow bay at the south end of the island that attracts windsurfers thru out the region. Surfing is popular thru out the year.
Great restaurants to satisfy any palate or budget.
Historic Fort Fisher is minutes away for civil war enthusiast. The North Carolina Aquarium is a must to see. Carolina Beach State Park offers hiking and is home to the carnivorous venus fly trap. The Ferry at Fort Fisher takes you on a 20 minute ride across the Cape Fear river to the quaint town of Southport. Twenty minutes to the north of Carolina Beach takes you to Historic Wilmington which offers much to see and do.
If all of the above is too much, then simply relax by the pool or on the beach. You can always plan a return trip.

-- Mid Season (After the week of Labor Day thru October and April up to Memorial Day weekend) $625.00 per week or $100 per night.

Weekly - Sat to Sat. $825.00 per week. ***Weekly rentals only during High Season unless there is availability 2 weeks before arrival. The rate would be $150 per night with a 3 night minium.                                                                                                                                   
For all rentals there is a $25.00 sanitation / damage inspection fee.
*** Due to the North Carolina Tax Laws, We UNFORTUNATELY have to charge
a local & state occupancy tax of 12.5% per rental.
Low Season:
weekly - $425 rental rate + 25 inspection fee + 53 tax = $503.00
Mid Season:
weekly - $625 rental rate + 25 inspection fee + 78 tax = $728.00
Hi Season :
weekly - $825 rental rate + 25 inspection fee + 103 tax = $953.00
*** With each rental there is a $100.00 damage / parking pass deposit
which is refundable provided there are no unfortunate incidents. ***
*** The condo is a self clean unit. To help keep the rate down, we ask that each renter clean the condo upon departure / checkout. ***
