We had a spectacular time!!!! My wife and I have been married for 27 years and have never been on vacation together with just the two of us, because of work and children. We also had never had a honeymoon, so this was something special for the both of us. Everything was better than we had expected. The pools were right outside of our condo and we were just a short walk to the village where there were a variety of restaurants and entertainment for both adults and children. The warf was just a little farther down that we could also walk too. Everything was really clean and well maintained. We had a little problem with the door to the balcony but it was not big a deal. Being able to choose from eating in or going out was nice. The weather was great while we were there, a little hot during the middle of the day, but that is the way I like it so I could jump in the pool to cool off. We were able to drive right across to the resort on the beach side and park and walk right to the beach. They also ran a shuttle during the day if you wanted. Anyone wanting to rent this would be very happy. We ate at or drank at almost every restaurant there. The prices were not real bad but not cheap. There is a small store on site also if you needed some little things and there also was Publix just off the propery. The four golf courses were top notch. You will not be disapointed with this.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

We stayed at this condo for 3 night during spring break 2010. And eventhought the weather was not the best, we were so happy to chose a condo vs. Hotel. We had a great time and we got to spend time as a family, just a walk from the beach! It was really amazing, everyday we would be surprised to find things in the condo that was just the extra mile, we were so confortable, and relaxed and wanted to stay more days!The kitchen was loaded with everything you could imagine!! We were able to prepare our own fresh seafood dinners, which was great, and also saved us a lot of money. And the rates were great!!! We could not beleived how much we paid!! It was really a great deal!! Everyone I tell about it, want to come now.We will defenetly have to come back in the summer!! Thanks Kim!

We stayed at the gulfview condos in this particular unit 3 times. I like the accessiblity and the location. Everything is clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony looking toward the ocean is spectacular. You won't be disappointed. They were even doing some maintenance to the building while we were there in March.
