Very nice updated Florida Snowbird retreat with pool, wood deck and gazebo, privacy fence in back yard, all furniture new, Philips flap screen T.V., new ceramic tile throughout most of the house-installed May 2009, each bed is Queen size, all appliances-refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher-all stainless steel, washer/dryer,one car garage, two car driveway, very nice landscape/hardscape in backyard, screened in Lanai, central A/C and heat, all linens, kitchen fully stocked, gas grill, cable T.V., this house has everything, Beach chairs, umbrella, and honeymoon island state park pass also included,   All you need to bring is your clothes, sunscreen, golf clubs, toothbrush, good books to read. 

Pool,  cable T.V., High speed internet/desk top computer,  Flat screen Philips T.V.,  central A/C,  Kitchen fully stocked with everything,  All Linens,  sheets/towels,  out door patio furniture,  gas Grill,  all furniture new purchased from IKEA in 2008,  pool deck replaced Jan. 2009,  beach chairs/umbrella with pass to honeymoon island state park,  pool cleaning service provided all year,  yard service is optional,  I have mower/weed eater if snowbirds want too do the yard while their,   

Only 3 minutes from the Gulf- (Green Key park), fishing, boating, Casino Boat is just 5 minutes away if you gamble, Gulf View Mall is 5 minutes,  Disney World/Sea World is driving distance-about 2 hours, Bush Gardens in Tampa is less then 30 minutes, Tampa International Airport is 45 minutes, Clearwater Beach is 25 minutes, Honeymoon Island State Park is 15-20 minutes, most senior clubs are in the area-Loyal order of Moose lodge, Elks lodge, Rotary Club, American Legion, Local VFW, many restaurants right off HWY 19 just minutes away,  Tarpon Springs-sponge docks 10-12 minutes,

December 2010-$1600.00

January 2011-$1800.00

February 2011-$1900.00

March 2011-$1900.00

April 2011-$1800.00

May 2011-$1500.00

Weekly is for 2 weeks "MINIMUM" for summer 2010 at $800.00 up to 2 people, 3 or more people add $300.00 per week,  Deposit-$600.00, pet deposit-$200.00, cleaning fee $100.00

If you Pay in Full you will receive $100.00 off per month. 

Security Deposit is $600.00 refunded within 30 days from inspection of the house.  Cleaning fee of $100.00 will be deducted from the deposit.

50% of deposit refunded if snowbirds cancel,  if replacement snowbirds can be found I will refund all of the deposit with in 30 days, 

This is a NO SMOKING inside home, ALL SMOKING IS OUTSIDE

Pets are optional-dogs only, NO cats, pet deposit $200.00-all refunded within 30 days if no pet damage, FLEA CONTROL is required at all times
