There is plenty of parking on this oversized piece of property with plenty of room for any and all needs -including tent sleep outs for the kids. With 320' of lake frontage on premier england point, which is known for its great beaches.  The home will easily sleep 7 people and the 300 sq ft porch overlooking the lake gives plenty of room for gathering after a full day of relaxation in the sun. There are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom in the house and one bathroom in the garage that is great to use when coming off the water, making this a great place to come and stay with the whole family.  There is a wood burning fireplace and large picture windows in the living room that make you feel like you are floating on water!

Not only is the inside of the cottage everything that you always imagined, the outside is spectacular. The large yard allows you plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the sunsets,while listening to the waves splash against the seawall.  The view of the upperhills of the Yankee Springs recreation area in the fall is a breathtaking display of colors. There is amazing swimming for the kids with its hard sandy bottom and shallow start to the beach. If this is not enough there is even a sandbar that you can walk across to the infamous "Party Island" where you can enjoy more great swimming, strike up a game of volleyball on local courts, and meet new friends.

There are no hidden fees, everything is included right down to the cleaning.

October-May To be negotiated

Upon booking rental dates a $250 refundable deposit is due to hold
the date. Two months prior to the move in date half of the rent is
due.  Two weeks prior to your vacation the remainder
is due. If the property is left the way it was upon arrival the
$250 will be refunded to you.

Check-in is at 3pm on Sunday and Check-out is at noon on the following Sunday.
