• $100.00 Cleaning/Setup Fee on all rentals
• $300.00 reservation/security/damage deposit required, fully refundable
• Weekly rentals are from Sat. 4:00 pm to Sat. 10:00 am, unless otherwise agreed
• Must be 25 or older to rent
• Reservations will be confirmed when $300 deposit, signed invoice, and signed rental contract is received.
• The full rental balance is due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date.  If booking an arrival date that is less than 30 days away, entire rent is due at the time of booking. On monthly rentals, full rental amount is due 60 days before arrival.
