• 3 Night Minimum
• The full rental balance is due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date.  If booking an arrival date that is less than 30 days away, entire rent is due at the time of booking.
• $100 Cleaning/Setup Fee
• $300.00 reservation/security/damage deposit required, fully refundable within 14 days of departure
• Weekly rentals are from Sat. 4:00 pm to Sat. 10:00 am, unless otherwise agreed
• Must be 25 or older to rent
• Reservations will be confirmed when $300 deposit, signed invoice, and signed rental contract is received.
