Gorgeous Condo On New Golf Course Overlooking Ocean in Cancun

The location of the condo was great for us. We are very familiar with Cancun and had a car to use for the length of our stay. If you don't have a car and are unfamiliar with Cancun, I'm not sure your stay would be as pleasant as ours. If you like golf then I think you will be delighted. We don't play but we thoroughly enjoyed being adjacent to the course.
The condo photos are accurate but the furnishings are beginning to show some wear. The TV is new and works well. The Vonage phone is a great plus for placing or receiving calls from the States.The WiFi worked consistently well during our stay, a great plus for us.
The kitchen and bathrooms are excellent. The water pressure is the best I've come in contact with in Mexico. The building and grounds are impeccably maintained by very professional staff. From the guards at the gate, to the building management ladies, and the pool and garden crew; everyone was as nice as could be. The pools are huge and pristine; almost no one uses them. The balcony is superb. Large and breezy.
Bob Damashek, who manages the rental of the unit, couldn't be more helpful. I found him to be very gracious, kind, and caring. He wants you to have a great vacation and is willing to do whatever he can to make your Cancun stay as memorable as possible.
In closing; I must mention that the condo is only a few minutes by car from five of Tripadvisors top rated Cancun restaurants. My personal favorite is La Habichuela(Caribbean/Upscale Mexican), but Peter's(International), Pik Nik(local Mexican), and Rolandi's(Italian) are very close by as well. If you like Indian food, there is also the excellent Taste of India on Tulum avenue. There is also a large McDonalds just 2 or 3 minutes away (we find the food there to be far better than the stateside locations). The ferry to Isla Mujeres is 5 minutes away and El Mecco archeological site is just another five minutes from the ferry entrance.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway

Great Stay

We were happy about the location of this condo, the great views of the gorgeous golf course and ocean from our living room/dining room, and the convenience of local transportation (taxis and buses). We spent our 2nd week of vacation at a highly rated all-inclusive hotel, but ultimately loved our experience at the condo much better. We cooked the locally grown fruits and vegetables and also grilled the fresh fish we caught when staying at the condo. The fresh food we made was much better than the all-inclusive. We also had double the space for our family of 4 in the condo. Lastly, we had much privacy whereas the hotel was noisy and not as relaxing. We will recommend this beautiful and impeccably clean condo to all of our friends who want to have a great experience in Mexico.

This gorgeous condo and it's representative management company gave me one of my best travel experiences. I've stayed at many places before, but I have to admit that I had my best experience here. Sitting on the terrace, siping some freshly brewed coffee, and looking out over the golf course and ocean was so relaxing. During our stay we even had the pool to ourselves. Who could ask for more! The beds were also 1st class, and the condo was extremely clean. The management company took all the worry out of our stay and helped us avoid tourist traps and unnecessary expenses. I can't wait to return to Cancun and this condo for my next family vacation.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway
