Absolutely the Best at Portofino in Pensacola Beach

Our Portofino condo has wonderful views of both the Gulf and the Santa Rosa Sound from the expansive living area. All bedrooms have a water view. We have furnished our home with high end furniture and accessories, including original art work. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and utensils. Enjoy grilling your favorite foods on your private electric barbecue on the balcony. The condo has crown moldings throughout. It has 18" tile floors with carpet in the bedrooms.

The living area has a Pioneer 42" Plasma TV with DVD and VCR, and Bose stereo. We have furnished this room with a sectional couch that includes 4 recliners plus an additional Eckornes recliner. The dining table seats 4 with 2 barstools at the kitchen bar. The half bath is located off this area.

The condo has a wireless internet connection or you can plug into the high speed ethernet connections located through out the condo.

The kitchen has a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice and filtered water dispensers. It has a flat surface stove with microwave oven above. It also has a dishwasher and disposal. There is plenty of counter space.

The master bedroom has a king size Tempur-Pedic mattress. The master bathroom has granite dual vanities, jetted tub, and separate shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed and private bathroom with a granite vanity and a tub/shower combo. This bedroom also has a 26" flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom with a granite vanity and a tub/shower combo. It has pocket doors for privacy.

The laundry room has a front load, high efficiency washer and dryer.

The large balcony wraps around the condo. Enjoy both the sunrises and sunsets. Because our condo faces southeast, you will not have to endure the hot summer sun. The view of the ocean is supurb encompassing the Gulf of Mexico, National Seashore, and Santa Rosa Sound. The balcony has a table with four chairs.

Portofino is a destination resort which was built at the end of Pensacola Beach just before entering the Gulf Islands National Seashore. The five towers are widely spaced so you have excellent views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. Our Tower 5 is the newest tower. It has it's own swimming pool and hot tub. The Lifestyle Center has a large lagoon infinity outdoor pool plus an Olympic size indoor pool. The gourmet restaurant offers both indoor and poolside dining. Order your favorite cocktails at the outdoor bar which also has live entertainment on the weekends. The exercise facility is state of the art. The Portofino Spa offers body treatments, massages, facials, pedicures, and manicures. Sailboats, jet skis, kayaks, and bikes are available for rent. Beach service is available during the season. There are four clay tennis courts and a pro is available for group or private lessons.

Pensacola Beach has many activities for additional enjoyment. The white sand beaches are world renowned. Restaurants and boutique shopping are available. Jet ski rental, go kart rides, miniature golf, and para sailing businesses are located as you drive onto the island. Fishing is allowed from the old bridge.
