Luxury 3 bedroom +loft/3 bath Townhouse in Mauna Lani

the newest addition to this Triple A, Four Diamond World Class
Resort. This small, gated community consists of 44 luxury villas
nestled between the 18th Fairway of the North course, the Mauna Lani
Spa, Fitness Center, and Racquet Club, and a Historical Preservation
area. It is quiet and private yet within walking distance of the
beach and all resort facilities.
Our 2,200 square foot condo is a two story, three bedroom +loft/3
bathroom “King” model. It sleeps 8. The luxury master suite has a
king size bed. The downstairs guest room has a full sized bed. The
upstairs guest room has two twins that can be combined to make a
second king size bed. A futon in the loft opens up to a full size
bed.
The condo boasts upper and lower lanais, a gourmet kitchen with
granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Beautifully
furnished in Hawaiian décor, the condo contains everything you need
in your home away from home including pots, pans, dishes, linens,
high speed internet access, unlimited long distance, cable TV with
DVD players, and snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs and
umbrellas. We even have a portable crib and high chair for the
little ones.
We have a beautiful garden view. A huge waterfall pool and hot tub
is right outside our back door. The complex also has its own fitness
center.

Regular Rates:
Summer High Season--From Memorial Day to August 15--$300/night
Fall Low Season--From August 16 to Thanksgiving--$250/night
Winter High Season--From Thanksgiving to Easter--$350/night
Spring Low Season--Easter to Memorial Day--$250/night
In addition to the daily rates there is a $250 cleaning fee,
$100/week energy surcharge, $500 refundable security/damage deposit,
and 11.42% Hawaii Tax.
$500 deposit required upon booking. Balance due 30 days prior to
arrival.
