Heading to Misquamicut or Westerly beaches? Clean, cute, affordable cottage with newly updated everything: Full bath with tub/shower, doors, floors, windows, roof, outside shower, even the Kitchen sink! Close to everything but in a quiet wooded community on a cul-de-sac.
Sleeps six (2 full size beds plus a full sleeper sofa). Room for air mattresses/pack & play. Two bedrooms, living room, galley kitchen, full bath with tub/shower, three-season room.
Must bring own linens.
No pets allowed. No smoking inside the cottage.
Pine Lodge Village cottages have a long history of successful and repeat rentals.

This is a stand alone, four-season cottage. I'm sorry, but we can't rent for less than weekly rates no matter the length of stay. Also, no weekend rentals in the summer as they take up part of both the prior and next week. Thank you.
Summer: Full weeks only please, or less but at weekly rate; $950 per week Saturday to Saturday. Multiple week discount available.
Off Season: Please send requested dates.
