Our Beautifully furnished patio villa, is conviently located near the waterfront Sumpter Landing Towne and Arnold Palmer Championship Golf and Country Club. Unit is close to shopping, dining, and other activities, and are fully furnished and equipped for your comfort.

Our spacious, yet "Cozy" patio villa , will be your home away from home. There is a king-size bed with TV in the master bedroom, and queen-size bed in the second bedroom. This unit has two full baths, full kitchen with snack bar, living room with twenty-seven inch cable TV/DVD and stereo. There is a dining room, patio with gas BBQ and seating, and furnished screened lanai.

Enjoy the many activities nearby. There is easy access to shopping, restaurants, cinemas, live music, dancing at the Towne Square, clubs, hospital, and grocery store.
