This three bedroom 1200 square foot, fully furnished 1940’s rental is Affordable, Clean and very Adequate. The hardwood floors have just been refinished, along with a fresh coat of paint on the interior. This property is perfect for a small family, bridal party (it can accommodate 7) or executive needing weekly or monthly accommodations. (1) King (1) Full (2) Twins (Can convert to a King) plus Twin sofa sleeper in Living Room.

Full Kitchen/Washer Dryer/Microwave/Refrigerator/WideScreen TV with DISH/DVD Player.  Secluded Backyard with covered Patio and BBQ on site.

Non Refundable $100 deposit is required to hold your reservation.
Balance is due 30 days prior to your stay.
There is a $75 Non-refundable cleaning fee.
