The lake is located 20 minutes (31 kilometers) west of Duncan along Highway 18. The pristine blue waters and sun drenched beaches of Cowichan Lake offer water skiing, wake boarding, tubing, swimming, wind surfing and canoeing.

Enjoy over 80' of waterfront with a 12' x 24' dock.  The house is beautifully landscaped with an upper deck overlooking the lake and a covered walkout deck with outdoor living room.

The interior of the home is very comfortable with central air conditioning, 5 bedrooms (1 King, 3 Queens, 2 double/single bunk beds), 3 full bathrooms, open concept kitchen, eating and entertaining area, office/den with sofabed, large rec room with big screen TV, pool table, fridge and living area.
