Beach Duplex is 800 comfortable sq. feet. and is located on second row, first floor.  The condo is directly across the street from ocean, with public beach and handicap ramp access, and lifeguard stand.  Private condo pool is located on-site.

After spending the day relaxing on the beach, boating or fishing, make your stay more enjoyable by visiting the Oceanfront Grill and Tiki Bar. This unit is economically priced and ready for you to rent and enjoy your beach vacation!

Parking for 1 vehicle ONLY and towing is strictly enforced.  Additional parking is located off-site.

Pet Friendly -   Non-Refundable Pet fee is $10-$15 per night - $40.00 minimum.  One dog under 30 pounds authorized.

Check-In @ 3:00pm, Check-Out @ 11:00am.

$200.00 Refundable deposit to reserve your week.

$50.00 - $60.00 (pet) Cleaning Fee added to rental total.

Duplex unit is available Year Round; a three (3) night minimum is preferred.

HOLIDAYS - Major holidays require a 4 night minimum stay.

Short and Long Term Rentals - During the off-season, short and long-term rentals are also welcomed.  Call for pricing.

Condo unit DOES NOT include linens (sheets, pillow cases, and towels) OR paper products, but includes comforter for master bed, mattress pads, and blankets to accommodate 6 persons.

Owner accepts credit cards via PayPal with a 3% transaction fee added to total.

Master Bedroom:        

-  The Master Bedroom contains a comfortable queen size bed.

Living/Dining Room:

- Living room contains a 32" television, equipped with a DVD/VCR combo.
- FREE expanded basic cable (64 plus channels), and high-speed,
- Plush queen sleeper was recently added to the living room area.                     

Kitchen:

- Kitchen includes full size stove, microwave and fridge, place settings, pots & pans, utensils, and roll-away dishwasher.
- Dining room holds 6 place settings.
- Coffee maker, blender, and toaster included.

- Ceiling fan installed.

Privacy Room:

- There are two adorable single sleeper chairs in a den room, which can be used as a reading or privacy room - also contains a separate entrance door.

- Laundry room contains a stackable washer/dryer combo.
- Iron and full size ironing board located in laundry area.
