Our tropical beach Duplex is 800 comfortable square feet and is located on the first floor.  The condo is directly across the street from the ocean, with public beach access, handicap ramp access, and lifeguards.  Only a few steps to the beach.

Great for couples and small families of 4-5, including children.

Non-Smoking unit.

MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT.

Private condo pool is located on-site.

After spending the day relaxing on the beach, boating or fishing, make your stay more enjoyable by visiting the Oceanfront Grill and Tiki Bar. This unit is economically priced and ready for you to rent and enjoy your beach vacation!

Recently painted and updated bedroom, bathroom, living, dining, and kitchen areas. 
BRAND NEW tiled shower & bedroom carpeting.

PARKING -  1 vehicle ONLY and towing is strictly enforced.  Additional parking is located off-site.

Check-In @ 3:00pm.
Check-Out @ 11:00am.

Early and late departures MUST BE pre-arranged with owner; small fee may apply.

SECURITY DEPOSIT -  $150.00 Refundable deposit to reserve your week.

CLEANING FEES-  $55.00 and will be added to rental total.

PETS - HOA authorizes 1 dog, under 30 pounds.
$15-$20.00 per night; $45.00 minimum;
$75 per week.

LINENS - Condo unit includes linens (sheets, pillow cases, and towels), comforter for master bed, mattress pads, and blankets to accommodate 5 persons.
* 2 Queen Sheet sets, bath & kitchen towels, and 2 beach towels supplied.
You use ... you wash.  $25.00 fee if not washed.

PAYMENT:
Credit cards - accepted with a 2.5% transaction fee added to rental total.
PayPal accepted with a 3% transaction fee.

Short and Long Term Rentals - (Oct 2012 - May 2013)- During the off-season, short and long-term rentals are also welcomed.  Call for pricing. 

**  Owners DO NOT accept MONTHLY nor LONG-TERM PET RENTALS. **

-  Brand NEW 22" Flatscreen TV with expanded cable. 
-  Alarm clock w/radio.

- Place settings for 6 persons, stemware, pots & pans, utensils.

Week =  $850.00 including ALL taxes and cleaning fees.

Change over day:   Saturday

**  Will accept a shorter stay (MIN of 3 nights) if unit is NOT booked a week in advance of your arrival.

GUIDELINES:

• PLEASE CHECK CALENDAR FOR AVAILABILITY.
  
  1. Contact owner to reserve dates.
  2. Owner sends agreement to renter.
  3. Renter sends back signed agreement and security deposit to reserve unit.
  4. Final payment received 10 days prior to arrival
  5. Owner sends/calls back entry code/key, and directions.
  6. Cleaners inspect unit and owner mails security deposit within 10-14 days.
  
  Security Deposit -  $150.00 for the week.

             Credit Cards - Accepted with a 2.5% transaction fee added to total.

             Linens - you use, you wash. $25.00 fee if not washed.

** October 2013 - May 2014 - send inquiry for short and long term off-season rates. **

- NO monthly NOR long-term PET RENTALS accepted by owners.
