The second floor has a loft with two futons(full size beds) and a TV.  There is also two more bedrooms(queen size beds) and a full bathroom on this level as well.

You can enjoy the privacy and easy of your own driveway(for two or three cars) and garage.  There is additional  on-site parking as well.  The house is on the end of the street, so thru traffic is not an issue.  You can also enjoy the privacy of the woods and the view of the pond(frogs, fish, and turtles) around the house.

There is a beautiful pool with pool house located within the community.

The community is within walking distance to shopping center, grocery store, banks, liquor store, takeout seafood shop, doughnut shop, and many restaurants.  Several unitys available for multiple family accommodations.

The location of the community places you in close proximity to the beaches, shopping, entertainment,and restauants of nearby Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, and Fenwick Island,Delaware, as well as Ocean City, Maryland.
