Relax and enjoy the privacy and luxury of this new home with open floor plan and cathedral ceilings located in Cedar Cove Villas, Bethany Beach, DE.
The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and sitting for four. The dining room, with sitting for up to 10, is open to the family room. The family room has cathedral ceilings, ceiling fan, tv, and dvd player. There is also a powder room and washer and dryer.
The large master suite, also on the first floor, has a queen size bed, tv, large walk in closet, and vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan. It also has its own private bathroom with tiled shower.
The second floor has a loft with two futons(full size beds) and a TV. There are also two more bedrooms with queen size beds and large closets. There is another bathroom with tub/shower on this floor.
No need to send extra money on club house fees. Instead have fun and enjoy the convenience of your own mini-game room,with ping pong table, in the house.
You can enjoy the privacy and easy of your own driveway(for two or three cars) and garage. There is additional on-site parking as well. The house is on the end of the street, so thru traffic is not an issue. You can also enjoy the privacy of the woods and the view of the pond(frogs, fish, and turtles) around the house.
There is a beautiful pool with pool house located within the community. Pool passes are included in rental rates, no hidden fees.
The community is within walking distance to shopping center, grocery store, banks, liquor store, takeout seafood shop, doughnut shop, and many restaurants. Several unitys available for multiple family accommodations.
The location of the community places you in close proximity to the beaches, shopping, entertainment,and restauants of nearby Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, and Fenwick Island,Delaware, as well as Ocean City, Maryland.
