- Complete kitchen with all appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils

- Satellite Televison/DVD player in living room and Master bedroom.  DVD's, video's, book's, game's and radio.

- Washer/dryer, ceiling fans, central heat/air

- Dual master's w/King and Queen beds

- All bed, bath and kitchen linens/towels supplied

Close to Payson and Pine for Great dining choices, entertainment and shopping.  

Hiking, fishing, swimming and Casino are close by.

Explore the Mogollon Rim, Natural Bridge and beautiful lakes.

Charges in addition to Rent

Monthly - $100 non-refundable cleaning fee

Monthly - $300 refundable security deposit upon check-out inspection.  Non-refundable if cancellation is within 7 days of check-in.

Reservations MUST be made at least two (2) weeks prior to anticipated arrival date.

All deposits (or payment in full for short notice reservations) are payable within 5 days after reservation is made.  Rental contract must be signed and e-mailed back within 48 hours.  Certified checks, money orders or personal checks only.  Sorry, we do not accept credit cards at this time.
