Paradise Found.  A beautiful vacation home in San Felipe's premire gate guarded community just steps from the sand on a secluded  beach.  This is the closest rental to the beach at Playa de Oro.  Rooftop deck for viewing of the Sea of Cortez, mountains and the Sonoran Desert.  BBQ and firepit with beautiful native garden.   A free beer awaits you in the fridge.  No pets.  No smoking.  No kidding. 

This is a home for a more discriminating vacation family or traveler.  Don't you and your family or loved ones deserve better?   You can find cheaper homes but not one like this.

The house sleeps 6 travellers comfortably.  Famillies are welcome.  You can also try sleeping on the rooftop patio.  The house is also air conditioned/heated.  Satellite TV.  The water is filtered with a state of the art UV and 4 stage filtration system.  The secluded beach is approximately 100 yards from your door.  Community pool, spa, separate lap pool, resturant w/free WiFi,  golf within one mile(extra cost).  The town is close enough (10 minutes) to go to dinner, shop, take a deep sea fishing expedition, kayaking, banana boat rides, nightlife, or atv rental with plenty of desert trails to ride.  Its also far enough to be away from the crowds and hustle and enjoy the slow quiet relaxation of San Felipe.

Jacques Cousteau called the Sea of Cortez the "Aquarium of the World".  Just a few steps from your door and you can wet your feet in these very same waters.  Explore the many miles of this sparsely populated beach.  Search the vast tidal surge a quarter to half mile out during some moon phases.  What will you find today?  When will the tide devour your sand castle after all your hard work?  Who cares...you have escaped to San Felipe!!

2 night minimum.  3 night minimum on holiday weekends.  $40.00 Cleaning fee.

25% down to reserve.  Rentals less than a week must be paid in full at time of reservation.   Refundable damage fee of $400.00 will be charged at time of reservation and returned at the end of the rental if you don't break anything.

Full refund if cancellation is 30 days before first rental date.  Less PayPal fee.  75% refund if cancellation within 14 days of reservation.   50% refund after 14 days.  Rental must be paid in full within 14 days of date of first rental date.  Repeat customers get every 4th night free!  Start saving now!

Payment thru PayPal.  Request an invoice from us and we will email it to you and you can pay it thru PayPal.  Or simply go to PayPal  website and click on the "Send Money" tab and use our email address to send the money.      Its easy to do!  In the comment section, please include your full name and address and the dates you have selected.  Make sure the dates are available on the calendar.  Remember to include the Refundable $400 damage fee.  Remember, don't break anything and you get it all back.  You will be responsible for any breakage above and beyond the $400.
