Featuring an impressive river rock wood stove enclosure in the living room and glasstop stove/convection oven in the spacious kitchen, this upscale Crate & Barrel inspired cottage sleeps 4 people over the age of 6 years old comfortably.

Bring the boat with you. The cottage property has boat parking and pull thru.

Family reunion? Need more room? Inquire about The Treehouse (sleeps 5) on the adjoining property.

 Raven's Nest is a non smoking property.

Kitchen- stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster,
blender, pots/pans, all utensils, dishes, all glassware, coffee
maker, coffee grinder, blender, slow cooker, waffle maker, all paper products.  Iron and ironing board A/C unit

Bathroom- Tub and shower. Towels, hairdryer, tissue, soap. Please bring your own beach towels.

Living Room- Wood burning stove, sofa, rocking chair and stools, sofa table, books, stereo/CD player (bring your favorite music), wood stove, central heating, TV/DVD (bring your own favorites) & satellite television.

Dining area - table and 8 chairs, placemats, napkins.

Master bedroom -1 queen bed and linens, blankets and pillows, dresser, night stands, lamps and fan

Guest room- 2 double beds, all bed linens, blankets and pillows, dresser, night stand, lamps, chair and fan.

Front deck -  View of lake, mountains, and Shasta Trinity National Forest deck table with 6 chairs, umbrella and stainless steel BBQ.

Parents must provide infant's crib and other accessories if needed.

World class boating, waterskiing, and fishing surround the area and are ten minutes from the cottage. Snow skiing at Mt. Shasta (north) is a 45 minute drive. Redding (south) is a 25 minute drive. Nearest gas, groceries, and also wireless internet ( at Allyson's Restaurant next to Lakeshore Villa Market) are 15 minutes away - north on Highway 5 in Lakehead.

Summer and Holidays = 1,100.00 per week or 175.00 per night with a four night minimum.

This listing will be rented for no less than four nights during summer season and holidays.

Two night minimum on off-season weekends =  $400.00.

200.00 security deposit (refundable if house is left in clean condition. Departure list must be followed.)
