Tina's Home - Welcome in Vienna

Our non smoking apartment is set on a hill in a very beautiful, safe neighborhood with lots of trees and gorgeous Vienese houses.
A 1 bedroom apartment (60 sqm) with a small balcony, where you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner with a glas of wine.
The apartment is fully furnished and has TV, VCR & HIFI.
It is quiet and in an excellent location for public transportation (5 mins walk). It is easy to do and safe!
You can take a tram to downtown and don't need to rent a car, while you stay in Vienna.
We like to keep everything clean and safe.

You are in 25 min. in the city and at the same time you can also do nice walkes and runs in the nearby Vienna Forest.
There are several restaurants also "Heurigen"-> restaurants that produce their own wine.
We are a 3 min. walk from a bakery (also open on Sunday) and 7 min. walk from a grocery store and a bank (with an ATM machine).
Vienna is a beautiful city to experience!
Clean, safe and unbelievable history to it.
The architecture is breath taking -lots of culture, museums, classic concerts, opera and art.

The price is per night, fits 2-3 people.
If you want to stay for a longer period, we can arrange a special price.

There is also an obligatory one time cleaning fee of €uro 40,--.
