The Victoria Inn ~ 1 Block to Beach & Boardwalk~ Ocean Views in Ocean City

Completely renovated and professionally restored following Hurricane Sandy! Our beautiful, historic 7 bedroom Victorian sleeps 19 (in beds) in the main house, pictured above.  We can accommodate up to 40 with the rental of our adjacent units, depending on availability! This beautifully renovated & restored home is ideal for family reunions, a getaway with friends, girls weekends, weddings, civil unions, birthday parties, bridal or baby showers, bar & bat mitzvahs, holiday celebrations, & New Year's Eve parties (all First Night activities are within walking distance). Our spectacular courtyard, with two gas grills, is available for use by the first floor condos, or with rental of the entire property. Reminiscent of a French cafe, it seasonally accommodates all 40 guests at beautiful wrought iron furniture surrounded by pretty potted flowers, hanging baskets, white lights & a fountain.  We know of no other home in all of OC where 40 people can enjoy meals together. Our guests love it! Please note: the maximum number of guests permitted on the property is 50.  

Description of the main house (listing 56760): Take a step back in time as you relax in our completely renovated home, furnished with beautiful antiques & lovely decorations. Enjoy ocean views, modern amenities including central air, WIFI, and 3 hdtv's with cable: a 27"in the bar, 32" in the kitchen and a 42" in the family room. From the expansive, breezy, wrap around deck, enter into a spacious foyer & note the beautiful antiques & oak staircase leading to the 7 bedrooms on the 2nd & 3rd floors. Entertain in the elegant antique furnished living room with ocean views, enjoy drinks at the rich mahogany bar with the ambiance of a European tavern, or watch tv in a cozy family room with leather sofas adjacent to a beautiful full bath. The large country kitchen seats 12 to 14 at the hand-crafted kitchen table & boasts modern amenities including Corian counters, a Miele dishwasher, beautiful cabinets., and a wide variety of small electrics.  The adjoining bar area seats 4 to 6.

The 2nd floor has 4 gorgeous antique furnished bedrooms all with quaint individual "toothbrushing"  sinks. Two rooms have queen beds (1 also has a travel crib), 1 has a full bed and & 1 has a pyramid bunk (double on bottom, twin on top). One of the rooms (Memories) with a queen bed has great ocean views and two Queen Ann style wingback chairs. 2 bedrooms on this floor have partial ocean views. All bedrooms on this floor have 22' hdtv/dvd combinations, and cable will be available beginning summer 2013.  The charming full bath has been completely updated.

The 3rd floor has 3 more lovely bedrooms. The first has a set of bunk beds, a queen bed, 2 dressers, a tv/vcr/dvd with XBox and lots of games and videos. The second bedroom has 2 double beds, a dresser, a large closet and an hdtv with a dvd player.  The fabulous master suite has a queen bed, a stained glass ceiling fan, lovely antiques, a 22" hdtv/dvd combo & terrific views of the ocean & giant ferris wheel. The third floor master bath has a beautiful new tiled shower & an over-sized jacuzzi! 

The rental includes 10 beach tags, 2 off-street parking spaces & 2 fully enclosed 'outside' showers with dressing rooms.

If you need more space, we have 2 adjacent condos. Renovated in 2013, Condo A (listing number 56761) sleeps 12 in 4 bedrooms with 1.5 baths, a large living room, a new kitchen, fabulous tavern-style dining room, & new 'handicap friendly' full bath. Also renovated in 2013, Condo B sleeps 9 in 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths.  The Victoria Inn is perfect for celebrations for a maximum of 40 people.

Air conditioning, fabulous antique furnishings, 4 queen-size beds, brand new wrap around deck with fabulous ocean breezes and seating for 18 (on comfortable white wicker furniture), fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare any meal (crock pot, electric griddle, toaster, mixer, blenders, electric knife, coffee bean grinder, wine glasses, champagne flutes, dinner service for 20, pots and pans, lobster pot & much more), Corian counters, Miele dishwasher, front-loading washer and dryer, gas grill, lots of space for family activities, board games, XBox 360, XBox games, videos, a wet bar, two off-street parking spaces, & 10 beach tags.  Beach tags are good for the entire week and are not required for children under the age of 11. 

We are located just 1 block to the guarded beach, boardwalk, shuffleboard courts, track, football/soccer field, beach volleyball & basketball courts, & a half block to the 12 tennis courts - 6 turf, 6 clay. Stroll our 2-mile boardwalk & find hundreds of shops, eateries (fudge, salt water taffy, ice cream, pizza, funnel cake, French fries, snow cones, popcorn, candy apples & more!), 2 amusement piers, mini-golf courses, movie theatres, gift shops, souvenirs, clothing stores, jewelry, a lovely Christmas shop, & much more.  Nearby, you can rent bikes to ride on the boardwalk.  At the bay, you can participate in many water sports including jet skiing, boating, deep-sea fishing, whale & dolphin watching, parasailing & more. Within walking distance you will find many restaurants; several remain open year-round.  A few blocks away is Asbury Avenue, the shopping district of OC, with over 100 specialty shops. Weekly summer events within just a few blocks include a fabulous farmer's market, Family Nights on Asbury, & Family Nights on the Boardwalk. Off-Season Rates:

January through March 27: $600/night. 2 night minimum. 3rdnight is 50% off.

Easter Weekend: $700 per night.  4th night is 50% off.

April, non-holidays: $650/night. 2 night minimum.  3rdnight is 50% off.

May 1 to the Thursday before Memorial Day: $700/night. 2 night minimum. 

Memorial Day Weekend: $750/night, 3 night minimum. 

Early to Mid-June: $800/night, 3 night minimum.

Mid June through the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend:  Weekly Rentals Only.

September, non-holidays: $725/night.  2 night minimum.

Labor Day Weekend: $750/night. 3 night minimum. 

October: $650/night.  2 night minimum.  3rd night is 50% off. $2500/week.

November & December (non-holidays): $600/night, 2 night minimum.  3rd night is 50% 0ff

Winter Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year’s): $750/night.  3 night minimum.

Security Deposit: $500.  Cleaning fee of $150 for all partial week rentals.  No cleaning fee for weekly rentals.
