The Victoria Inn Condo A 4 BR Beach Block Handicap Friendly in Ocean City

We hired a professional restoration company, so all hurricane issues have been addressed & completely remedied. This first-floor, handicap-friendly condo is only one block to the beach & boardwalk, conveniently located in walking distance to hundreds of shops & restaurants! This fabulous condo features all modern amenities including two-zoned central air, wifi, a 42 inch hdtv with cable, an Xbox, many video & board games, & dozens of books for your reading pleasure. The new, brighter interior boasts a 36 inch wide, leaded glass front door. The wide door & wide hallway make it very easy for someone in a wheelchair to navigate throughout the unit.

The family room, hall & all  4 bedrooms have brand new floors, walls, ceilings, trim & solid wood doors. All rooms will be beautifully decorated with your comfort in mind & all feature recessed lighting. The family room,  2 of the 4 bedrooms & the dining room have partially exposed brick walls – a fantastic post-renovation discovery! The family room will have a brand new sectional sofa beginning June 29, 2013.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed & antique oak dresser. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed & lovely antique dresser. Bedroom 3 has 2 whitewashed bunk beds & 2 lovely wicker dressers. The first bunk bed is a double over a double (sleeps 4); the second has a full-size futon on the bottom & a single on top (sleeps 3). This room is a great space for kids & will have a 32 inch flat screen hdtv with cable & Xbox! Bedroom 4 has a set of twin bunks & a pretty hand-painted antique dresser. All bedrooms will have hdtv/dvd combinations for summer 2013.

The kitchen, dining room, full bath & powder room were fully renovated in 2010 with lovely porcelain tile floors, & all were partially renovated again following Hurricane Sandy. The kitchen is gorgeous – all new hickory cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, & a lovely, circa 1898, wrought iron kitchen set. The kitchen includes a glass-top, self-cleaning stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with icemaker, dinner service for 16, a wide variety of cook & bake-ware, & many small electrics including a griddle, crock pot, blender, mixer, coffee maker & toaster. The adjacent tavern-style dining room is reminiscent of an early English pub with an antique oak table, buffet & secretary’s desk. The handicap accessible bathroom features a 36 inch door & a custom tiled, roll-in shower with grab bars.

The kitchen is adjacent to our lovely courtyard with seating for 30 – a fantastic space enclosed with lattice-work, filled with absolutely gorgeous flowers, freshly painted wrought-iron furniture, & hundreds of tiny white lights. Returning guests will be delighted with our new exterior glass door fitted with mini-blinds for privacy, but allowing plenty of light in the kitchen when desired. Many of our guests remark that the lovely courtyard reminds them of a French Café. The courtyard is shared by this condo & Condo B (our three bedroom unit that sleeps 9). The condos also share a washer/dryer,  2 gas grills &  2 fully enclosed outside showers. The rental includes  2 off-street parking spaces & six weekly beach tags. Beach tags are required for the use of the beach for adults & children ages 12 & over, between mid-June & Labor Day.

Please be advised that the ceilings & most doorways in this condo are approximately 79 to 81 inches high, & the door leading to the courtyard is 72 inches high. In July & August, rent both lower floor condos to sleep up to 22 for approximately $5,000 per week, and have exclusive use of the courtyard!  Rent the entire property for up to 40 guests!  Great for family reunions, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, retreats, youth groups, scouts & more.

2013 Weekly Rentals:  July 20: $2500, July 27: $2700 & August 24: $2000, August 31: $1900. All other 2013 summer weeks are booked.  September weeks are $1400. 

Fully refundable security deposit of $300 per week.  Cleaning fee of $120 for family rentals unless you choose to clean yourself.  Lost beach tags must be replaced or replacement fee of $25 per tag will be deducted from the security deposit. Off-Season Rates:

January through March: $990/week, $250/night. 2 night minimum. 3rd night is 50% off.

Easter Weekend: $300 per night.  4th night is 50% off.

April, non-holidays: $275/night. 2 night minimum.  3rdnight is 50% off.

May 1 to the Thursday before Memorial Day: $300/night. 2 night minimum. 

Memorial Day Weekend through early June: $350/night. 3 night minimum. 

Mid June through the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend:  Weekly Rentals Only.

September, non-holidays: $1400/week, $325/night.  2 night minimum. 

Labor Day Weekend: $350/night. 3 night minimum. 

October: $1200/week, $300/night.  2 night minimum.  3rd night is 50% off.

PROM RENTALS: UNTIL MID-MAY THE RATES ARE $60 PER PERSON PER NIGHT.  FROM MID-MAY UNTIL MAY 31, THE RATES ARE $65 PER PERSON PER NIGHT.  FROM JUNE 1 TO 9, THE RATES ARE $70 PER PERSON PER NIGHT.  RATES ARE BASED ON A THREE (3) NIGHT MINIMUM BEGINNING MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND.  FOR TWO NIGHT RENTALS BEGINNING MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND, ADD $15 PER PERSON PER NIGHT.  THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS EQUAL TO ONE NIGHT'S RENT PER PERSON. CONDO A REQUIRES 12 PEOPLE BEGINNING MID-MAY, 10 PEOPLE FOR APRIL AND EARLY TO MID-MAY.  CONDO B REQUIRES 9 PEOPLE.  TWO ADDITIONAL GUESTS PER CONDO ARE PERMITTED WITH FULL PAYMENT AND PHOTO ID AND SIGNATURE PAGES. GROUP RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:  ALL PROM GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PHOTO ID AND PARENT CONTACT INFORMATION.  PARENTS NEED NOT SIGN OR SUPERVISE FOR THE CONDO RENTALS.  THE MAIN HOUSE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR UNDER AGE 25 RENTALS UNLESS FULLY SUPERVISED BY AT LEAST TWO PARENTS OF GUESTS AND I MEET THE CHAPERONES PRIOR TO THE RENTAL.  WE DO NOT RENT TO UNDER AGE 25 GROUPS IN JULY OR AUGUST.  WE RESERVE ONLY WITH THE FIRST PAYMENT AND DO NOT HOLD THE PROPERTY FOR ANY LENGTH OF TIME WITHOUT PAYMENT.  CLEANING FEE OF $120 IS DEDUCTED FOR ALL UNDER AGE 25 RENTALS.
