The Victoria Inn Condo A 4 BR Beach Block Handicap Friendly in Ocean City

Great Location, just 1 block to the beach & Boardwalk!  Just renovated, this gorgeous, air-conditioned, 1st floor unit sleeps 12, with no steps & is 'handicap friendly', but NOT fully ADA handicap accessible. The over-sized, luxurious, full bath has been completely renovated & has a roll-in, over-sized tiled shower with grab bars. The eat-in, tiled kitchen has all new appliances & a vintage, circa 1898 ice cream parlor set with black wrought iron chairs & solid oak tabletop. The terrific kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious meal (a blender, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, crock-pot, pancake griddle, pots & pans, dishes, glassware & utensils). Enjoy meals or play games in our FABULOUS tavern-style dining room with two partially exposed brick walls, an antique fireplace mantle, a gorgeous, antique ball & claw foot oak table with 8 chairs, & an antique sideboard. You will truly feel as though you are enjoying your meals in an early American tavern or English Pub. The kitchen adjoins our completely enclosed courtyard, reminiscent of a French Cafe. The entire unit was just repainted & new carpet installed. The family room has a lovely sofa and loveseat, and two arm chairs with a 32 hdtv, cable, dvd player, PlayStation II & lots of video & board games.

Each of the air-conditioned bedrooms is beautifully furnished. Room A has a queen bed, Room B has a queen bed, Room C has 3 sets of single bunks & Room D has a double. This condo has 1.5 baths, but throughout the summer, 2 large, fully enclosed, 'outside' showers (shared with all of our guests) with private dressing areas are available. Please note - the ceilings in this unit are relatively low, with a clearance of 6 feet 2 inches to 6 feet 8 inches, & a couple doors have 6 foot clearances. Our beautiful courtyard, reminiscent of a European Café, has pretty potted plants, beautiful hanging baskets, hundreds of tiny white lights, a small garden & a fountain. Enjoy seating for up to 40 at freshly painted, antique, wrought iron furniture. Two gas grills are provided for your convenience, as well as a washer & dryer (shared with our other units). The condo includes 2 parking spaces & 6 weekly beach tags (beach tags are not required for children 11 & under). 

We have 2 adjacent units available: a 7 BR, 3 bath Victorian Home (sleeps 20 in the unit comprising the 3 floors above this condo, see listing #56760, and a three bedroom, 2 bath condo that sleeps 12 (Listing #83901). In July & August, rent all lower floor condos to sleep up to 21 for $5,000 or less per week, and have exclusive use of the courtyard!  Rent the entire property for up to 40 guests!  Great for family reunions, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, retreats, youth groups, scouts & more.

Extend your vacation with a trip to nearby Philadelphia, just over an hour away, or a trio to New York City only 2.5 hours away.  Atlantic City is an easy 20 minute drive and the home of fabulous casinos, dozens of great outlets, fantastic shows, and award-winning restaurants.  Visit the Cape May Zoo and Cape May's many historic homes and antique shops.

September 6 to October 31: $325/night, 2 night min. Third night is half price.

November & December, excluding holidays: $300/night, 2 night min. Third night is 50 percent off.

Thanksgiving & Christmas: $350/night, 3 night min. 4th night is 50 percent off.

January through March: $250/night, 2 night min. 3rd night is FREE!

April: $300/night, 2 night min. 3rd night is 50 percent off.

May (family rate): $400/night (2 night minimum), except Memorial Day weekend: $500/night (3 night minimum)

All mid-week stays (Monday through Thursday) save 10 percent. 

2012 SUMMER WEEKS:  Group rentals with the majority of persons under the age of 25 are $350 per person per week for all summer weeks.  The following rates apply to families or groups over the age of 25: June 23: N/A, June 30: N/A, July 7: $2190, July 14: N/A, July 21: $2490, July 28: $2490, August 4: N/A, August 11: N/A, August 18: $2190, August 25: $1890.  September: $1800/week.

Fully refundable security deposit of $300 per week.  Cleaning fee of $120 for family rentals unless you choose to clean yourself.  Lost beach tags must be replaced or replacement fee of $25 per tag will be deducted from the security deposit. 

Prom Weekends: $50 to $65 per person per night. 12 person minimum, 14 person maximum. Two night minimum. Security of $50 per person.  Cleaning fee of $150 in addition to rent for proms and senior weeks, deducted from security.  UNDER AGE 21: ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL ON THE PROPERTY AND NO GUESTS.
