Family Friendly Condo ~ 1 Block to Beach & Boardwalk ~ WIFI in Ocean City

Why pay hotel rates when you can relax in a completely renovated, air-conditioned, beach block condo?   Save hundreds by preparing your meals at home.  The small but fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals including a full stove, refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils, but no dishwasher.  Bedroom 1 has a whitewashed pyramid bunk: double on the bottom and a single on top, a dresser, cable tv, two chairs and a small table.   Bedroom 2 has a full size bed, art deco waterfall furniture, and cable tv.  The cozy family room/dining area has a PULL OUT sofa, love seat, a ceiling fan, two kitchen tables with 2 chairs each; they can be combined to make one larger table, a coffee table, and 32 inch flat screen hdtv with cable, dvd player, PlayStationII and games.  Window air conditioning units are located in the family room and each bedroom.

Our lovely courtyard, reminiscent of a French Cafe, adjacent to Condos A and B, is fully enclosed with lattice-work, pretty, freshly painted wrought iron furniture, lots of beautiful potted flowers and hanging baskets, hundreds of tiny white lights, a small garden and a fountain.  This is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, meals, and cocktails.

Included with the condo rental is one off-street parking space, a shared gas grill, shared washer and dryer, and four beach tags.  We have lots of boogie boards and buckets and shovels for you to use.  Two fully enclosed outside showers with dressing rooms are also available for you to share with our other guests.  You are welcome to use these late on the day of your departure so you can enjoy the beach for another full day!

This first floor unit is perfect for people who wish to avoid stairs, as there is just a four inch step into the unit and no other stairs.  Please note this is not a handicap accessible unit as the hallway from the kitchen to bedrooms is narrow. The bright, comfortable apartment was completely renovated three years ago and was recently repainted.  It is very bright, clean and well maintained. 

LOOKING TO SPEND EVEN LESS?  We have a terrific efficiency at the same address that sleeps 4 for $950 per week or less.

We are located just one block to the beach, boardwalk, shuffleboard courts and beach volleyball.  We are a half block to the 12 tennis courts - 6 turf, 6 clay.  Note that a nominal fee is charged in the summer until 5:00 p.m.   A skate park is located one block away.  Full pads - elbow, wrist and knee, as well as helmets are required. Very reasonable daily and weekly fees apply.  Stroll our 2 mile boardwalk and find hundreds of shops, eateries (fudge, salt water taffy, ice cream, pizza, funnel cake, French fries, snow cones, popcorn, candy apples and more!), two amusement piers, mini-golf courses, movie theatres, gift shops, souvenirs, clothing stores, jewelry, a lovely Christmas shop, and much, much more.  Nearby, you can rent bikes to ride on the boardwalk.  At the bay, you can participate in many water sports including jet skiing, boating, deep sea fishing, whale and dolphin watching and more!  Within walking distance you will find many restaurants, several of which remain open year-round.  A few blocks away is Asbury Avenue, the shopping district of OC, with over 100 shops.  On summer Wednesdays, visit a fabulous farmer's market just three blocks from our home.  Once per week is Family Night on Asbury Avenue, and another night during the week is Family Night on the Boardwalk.  If quiet time is what you seek, just relax in our lovely courtyard amidst lovely hanging baskets and potted plants while enjoying the ocean breeze.

There is so much to do in Ocean City throughout the year: Street Rod (antique car show) Weekend, The Corvette Show, Airport Festival, MS Bikeathon, ALS Walk, Doo Dah Parade (for you hound dog fans), the Miss NJ and Junior Miss NJ Pageants, lots of arts and crafts shows, Halloween and Fall Festivals, First Night/New Year's Activities including theatre, concerts, musicians and much more! 

September, October and Holidays, beginning September 5th: $275 per night, 3 night minimum.  Mid-week stays (Monday through Thursday) save 10%.

November and December, excluding holidays:  $200 per night, 2 night minimum. Third night is half off!  Mid-week stays (Monday through Thursday) 10% off.  

Thanksgiving and Christmas: $250 per night, 3 night minimum. Fourth night is half price.

New Year's: $300 per night, 3 night minimum

January through March:  $200 per night, 2 night minimum, 3rd night is Free!  Mid-week stays (Monday through Thursday) save 10%.

April:  $250 per night, 2 night minimum, 3rd night is half price!  Mid-week stays (Monday through Thursday) save 10%.

May: $325 per night, 2 night minimum.

Memorial Day Weekend: $350 per night, 3 night minimum.

PROM WEEKENDS: 5 PERSON MINIMUM, 7 PERSON MAXIMUM.  $55 TO $65 PER PERSON PER NIGHT. Photo ID required, no alcohol & no guests. Proms: $60 security per person, refundable less cleaning fee.  Senior Weeks: $350 per person per week, $100 per person security deposit, refundable less cleaning fee.
