This house is located within walking distance to Historic downtown Fernandina Beach. Great shops and restaurants...Wonderful fresh fish market. Oh yea, take the horse and carriage ride thru the downtown historic area. Or, hike and backpack the nearby Fort Clinch State Park. Spend the day on Cumberland Island, catch a ride on the Ferry. Maybe, go deep sea fishing with one of the many local fishing dudes or dudets. Or, if Golf is your thing...there are 3 really nice Golf Courses close to the house. And Ladies, why not spend a few hours at the Plantation? Maybe getting a massage or facial or just have lunch and shop! Better yet ...why not do it all!!!!!! And, don't forget, take the kids on a GHOST tour.
