The Penthouse is twenty foot steps away from the world famous Eagle Beach. The Eagle Beach is a 50 yard wide 3miles long sugar white sand beach. Unlike the Palm beach, Eagle Beach has wider beach, finer sand and amazingly uncrowded. The Penthouse is within walking distance to many restaurants, golf course, water sports venues and Casinos. Please come and enjoy the sparkling blue ocean and stroll on the beautiful beach. You may lost yourself in the unforgetable sunset on the beach.
Beautiful Ocean /beach view from the Balcony:
The two bedroom Penthous has a large balcony/terrace from the bedroom. It provide panoramic ocean/beach view. The beach is just 100 feet away. Top floor balcony offer the best view on Eagle beach. Sipping your favorite tropical drink and enjoy the unforgetable sunset on the terrace is the best Aruba can offer. We provide light weight beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrellas to all our guests.
Spacious Bedrooms: (sleeps 6)
It has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom two attachable full size double beds in the third bedroom. Additionally two roll-away beds with pillows/linen are available and can be comfortably used in this premium condo. The bedroom are furnished with high quakity tropical style furnitures. All mattresses are firm and high quality from the USA.
Modern Kitchen:
The Condo has a modern kitchen. The Kitchen include stainless steel refridgerator, microwave oven, stainless steel sink, coffee maker, toaster etc. The granite counter top and a 4-seat dining table. The kitchen has all the cookware, dineware and glassware you need for a home cooking meal.
Modern Bathroom:
There are 2 full modern bathrooms with luxurious accessories (Croscill Beach Heaven). For your convinience, we provide spa quality bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, liquid soap, hair dryer, tissue etc.

Oceania Resort is the newest condo on Eagle beach.  The resort includes four large swimming pools, gym, sauna, business center, playroom and tennis court. Wonderful landscaping on the premises. Enjoy the tranquility and stroll on the beautiful beach in front of the complex.

This condo unit has a nice-sized fully equipped modern kitchen and a 4-seat cocktail/breakfast table.   One bedroom has king size bed and the other bedroom has two full size double beds.  There is further a large balcony terrace with panoramic ocean view. Free broadband wireless Internet, cable TV, a 40" LCD and a 32" LCD TV in each bedrooms, a DVD player and Ipod docking station and CD player are available for your comfort.  Beach towles and beach chairs are also provided to our guests.

Aruba One Happy Island: Aruba boasts the most beautiful sun sets, lovely trade winds and constant sunshine. It rains very little (16 inches a year) and is located beyond the hurricane belt. Along with it's many recreational activities it has a rich multicultural heritage. The condo is located within walking distance of 5 very good restaurants. The Chalet Suisse, Screaming Eagles, La Petit Cafe, Tulip, and La Dome. Five minutes away by car or bus you will find the high rise hotels with wonderful shopping, restaurants, cinema and casinos. There is a bus stop in front of our complex to take you downtown and to the hotels. Carribean's largest water park is just half block away.  It is for the entire family to enjoy. There are several shipwrecks along the coast which makes for excellent diving and snorkeling. Aruba's trade winds bring the best wind surfers to the island.

Downtown Oranjestad: On the way to downtown you will pass Ling and Son's and three other food markets where you will find an abundant amount of fresh produce, meats, spirits and all the groceries you would need.The town is known for it's designer shopping, unique Dutch shops, restaurants and more casinos.The town overlooks a lovely marina where it is fun to watch the cruise ships arrive and depart. A must for all visitors is dinner at El Gaucho's Argentinian Steak House for the best beef in the world. You must order the El Gauch's Steak. It will be enough for lunch the next day.  It is always fun to take one of the many sunset cruises or visit the under sea world on the Atlantis Submarine. For non water sports we recommend golf at the Divi or the Tierra Del Sol golf club, one of the most beautiful in the Caribbean. Horseback riding, ATV, jeep trips, and visits to the Ostrich farm or butterfly farm will keep you busy. Take a ride on the Kukoo Kunuku bus to visit the popular bars or a dinner cruise on the Tattoo.

All rates are weekly, for a seven night stay and are quoted in US Dollars. Rent includes arrival cleaning service, wireless internet, local telephone calls, and all taxes & charges except outgoing international telephone calls.
