The manager and concierge will accommodate your every whim and need to make sure your visit is full of leisure, comfort and adventure.This amazing villa provides the sort of exclusivity and privacy that travelers require, only guests renting from owners inside the gates of Punta Mita are able to access the world renowned Four Seasons Jack Nicklaus golf courses and tennis club, two residents beach clubs, fine dining, pool, Wii console, Sound system, hammocks, fully equiped kitchen, ice maker, grill and more.

Booking Policies

Minimum stay: 3 nights.

Total number of overnight guests allowed :  8 Adults and 2 children ( over 12 years old ) and no more than 12 guest including children.

Pets are not allowed without written permission.

To Book

50% deposit at time of making the reservation balance will be due 60 days before the arrival date.

Rates do not include security deposit, tax, food, beverage, and outside vendor charges.

A security deposit will be required for every rent. The security deposit will have a maximum of one night for 7 nights of stay. And will be held to cover damages to the Subject property, its surroundings and contest for which the Guest (s) is responsible.

As will to cover the cost of long distance phone calls made by Guest during his stay.

As established above this security deposit will have to be deposited by the Guest upon arrival.

The security deposit minus deductions for the above mentioned responsibilities (if applicable) will be returned to the guest no later than 6-8 weeks after his departure.
