Based on our 10 years of experience of building on Mexico’s Pacific coast, the houses have been designed in such a way so as to integrate the architecture with the surrounding area, by taking advantage of the climate, the views, the vegetation, texture and natural materials.

On entering Casa Sol,  the central patio with its water mirror feature is the element around which the surrounding areas are organized, generating  an atmosphere of tranquility and serenity that is also reflected in each one of the private areas and the areas which are accessed from the central patio.

Everything is built on one level so that one can move freely from one part of the house to another without the need for stairs dividing each area.

The dining and living areas with their outside terraces (both covered and open) as well as the heated pool, two front master bedrooms with ocean view and two more with private terraces and gardens.

All the bathrooms have private gardens which the 2 showers open out onto, creating an air of privacy.

The kitchen is made up of two separate areas, one part integrated with the dining area and comprising a bar area; and the preparation area, which is separate from the entertaining area.

The architecture takes its lead from the traditional image of the towns on the Mexican coast, with tiled sloping roofs supported by wooden beams and only natural materials used on the floors and the walls, so as to create a simple and contemporary space which fits perfectly with the very flexible and relaxed lifestyle of Punta Mita.

          BOOKING POLICIES

• Minimum stay: 3 nights.

• Total number of overnight guests allowed :  10 Adults ( over 12 years old ) and no more than 14 guest including children.
• Pets are not allowed without written permission.

TO BOOK

·         50 % deposit and the other 50 %  20 days before the arrival date and sign the contract.

·         Rates do not include security deposit, tax, food, beverage, and outside vendor charges.

 Security deposit:1 night up to 6 nights rental and 1 extra night per every 10 nights rental over the first 6. This deposit will be refund after departure in a period of 3 to 10 working days. And we request the complete and correct bank information in order to achieve this.

·         All food and beverage and long distance phone service are billed and deducted from the security deposit. All outside activities and vendors are to be paid upon the providing of those activities services.

·         A 500 to 1000 USD fund for pre arrival shopping, if this service is requested.

 We provide airport pick up and drop off for 6 pax at no cost.

We provide full staff service from 9 am to 8 pm. After 8 pm, we charge 40 USD for staff transportation.

We provide Pre arrival shopping service at no additional cost.
