Water deep enough (appx. 4-5') for any boat with area next to dock to tie boat off. Contemporary A-frame, tongue and groove pine ceiling, Main level Great Room and deck overlooking waterfront view. Deck has a 6-top table & chairs with umbrella. Main level has wide-plank wood laminate flooring and gas fireplace in Great Room. Dining and kitchen completely open to water view! Kitchen has new white beadboard cabinets, stainless appliances, and a breakfast bar. A fully equipped laundry room is off the kitchen.

The master is a Queen bed and is on the main level with a hall full bath/tub, 2 more bedrooms (one Full bed and one A-frame bunk (full/twin) are in the upper level with hall bath/tub. In the basement, you'll find another furnished Great Room with large windows looking out to the waterfront and an electric fireplace, one large bedroom with 2 QUEEN beds, and another bedroom in basement with single Queen bed. Also, you'll find another full hall bath/tub on this level. Sliding glass doors are used to enter to/from the lake.

Lot is gentle sloping and an easy walk along a mulched path to the dock. The street side of property has a covered porch and a large parking area for up to 5-6 cars.

Recap on linens needed:  4 queens, 2 fulls, 1 twin.     Property can sleep more than 10, but we feel you would be comfortable with no more than 10.  If you need more than 10, let us know and we will work with you.  Rate would be slightly higher.

Boat ramp yards away, main lake quickly accessible.  Fully furnished, BBQ Grill, phone, DVD player in two rooms, wrap-around deck, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, front covered porch, two-man kayak.  We're in a cove of Gaston Heights (about 4-5' water) located directly off main lake--close to area where fireworks are displayed each year.

Sunday to Saturday rental.

Check in Sun @ noon (vs. 3-4pm), check out Sat. at 1pm (vs. 10am).  The reason for this is you get to check in early and get out on the lake and not lose your first day, and also allows you extra time to enjoy the lake on Sat. by being able to check out later (1pm vs. 10am).  Then you get to rest up all day Sunday before going back to work!  Check out time is strictly enforced and could affect your deposit return.

$85 cleaning fee, However, renters required to remove all garbage/trash from premises (there are dumpsters around the lake).   If trash not removed, $45 fee will apply.

$250 security deposti required.
