Aggie football season is soon to be here...make that reservation now and relax.

We provide breakfast, snacks, waters, coffee, and tea like a bed and breakfast.

You will enjoy the quiet country, nice breezes on the front and back covered porches,  and a BBQ pit waiting for a visiting MASTER.  We will even have charcol and matches ready for you.  Just 13 miles from College Station, TX.  Come on Aggie fans.

When Texas A & M is having a function (Football, volleyball, basketball, Parents weekend, Corp Review, Aggie Muster, Aggie Replant, graduation and etc.) make your reservation early and rest easy.

This nice manufactured 3b, 2b house in a quiet country setting (15-20 mins from town) has been updated and decorated in an eclectic way.  You will admire the unique paintings, drawings and other wall art.  The bedrooms are personal and intimate with their cozy charm from decorative accents.

The Master & 3rd Bedroom have new mattresses with beautiful comforters, and pillows for a goodnight sleep.  The middle bedroom has a bunk bed the top being a twin (125lb limit) and the bottom is a full bed, that can also be converted to a couch when not in use.

The charming Country kitchen with a table that seats 4 is fully functional/bar seats 4 as well.  It is equipped with new appliances and all the many necessary accessories including cookbooks and plenty of dishes.

The Country Living with a Cottage Style large living room has a 32" TV with many DVD & VHS movies provided for your entertainment during your stay along with additional local channels.  We also have books, games, etc.

The utility room is well equipped with washer & dryer, laundry soap, and clothes softener, along with an iron & ironing board.  Upon departing please strip the beds you used, load/wash dishes, take out the trash, and leave the home as clean as you found it.  We will wash linens, make beds and put away dishes.   

PLEASE NOTE THIS RENTAL WILL NOT SLEEP MORE THAN 9.

Service Dogs welcome, but we are not wheelchair accessible.

Master suite only (one couple) $125.00 per night (extra person is $25.00)

Two rooms (two couples) $200.00 per night

Three rooms (three couples/up to six people) $300.00 per night

All rooms and beds filled with 9 people $400.00 per night

6% hotel tax nightly in addition to the rates

$50 deposit at time of reservation for one - two nights

$100 deposit at time of reservation for three - seven nights

$200 deposit at time of reservation for one month - two months

Deposits will be returned within 14 days if home is left clean and damage free.

No Smoking in or around the home!  You will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee!
